Payment Methods
Accepted methods of payment: check, money order, PayPal, credit card (Visa and MasterCard).
Cash transactions are not accepted.
You will either receive an email or text confirmation of your order. You also have the option of being snail-mailed an invoice receipt.
*Note: Payment must be made in full for all credit card orders.
Pricing
All prices shown are in US funds. A FL sales tax and delivery/shipping charges are added for the total sales amount.
Placing Orders
Please ensure that the recipient's name, delivery address and telephone number are submitted.
A correct physical street address is crucial for all orders as packages that are redelivered will incur an additional charge.
Changing Orders
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please notify UMFM immediately by calling (239) 359-8936. Once the order has been shipped and not yet delivered, you will be charged for shipping, and the merchandise will be credited back, minus 20% restocking fees
Errors: If an error is made in the shipping address, or needs to be changed, please notify UMFM immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, UMFM will be happy to make any necessary changes. However, if the gift has already been picked up by the parcel delivery company, the carrier will need to be contacted to attempt to reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee will be charged for this error.
Message (Enclosure) Cards
The enclosure card which is attached to your gift basket is nicely handwritten and is approximate in size to a business card.
Gift Packaging
All gift baskets are carefully wrapped in clear cellophane and adorned with a beautiful bow, unless otherwise specified.
Substitutions
At times, UMFM may need to substitute items within the gift basket design, to ensure freshness and timely delivery. This will be done with items of equal or greater value, without compromising the theme, design, color, or quality of the gift.
Shipping* (within the 48 contiguous US states only)
All custom orders placed will be shipped in 48 hours (2 days).
Packages will be sent via FedEx, UPS, or USPS.
Standard shipping rates are estimated and applied based on the gift's size, weight and zip code destination.
Standard shipping times are usually 3-5 business days, excluding weekends or holidays.

*We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, hospitals or hotels.
Local Delivery*
Local delivery occurs Monday through Friday during regular business hours.
All custom orders will be hand delivered via courier in 48 hours (if an order is received and paid for on Monday, it will be delivered on Wednesday)
Weekend deliveries will be considered based on courier availability as the studio is closed during that time.
Standard delivery rates range from $10.00 to $25.00 for areas within the Lee County, Southwest Florida region.
*Areas outside of Lee County (Charlotte and Collier Counties) will incur a higher delivery fee.
Packages will be shipped to any area that is not mentioned below. Please call or text (239) 359-8936 to obtain the rate specific to your order.
*Areas within Lee County include: Fort Myers, North Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, Alva, Bonita Springs, Estero, Sanibel/ Captiva, Matlacha.
